You are needed as Linköping develops

Lejonfastigheter has the overall responsibility for local supply to public operations in Linköping Municipality. We own and lease premises from other property owners to meet the municipality's local needs. As a contract manager at Lejonfastigheter, you will play a key role in our work with leased premises and will be responsible for contract management together with another colleague.

In your role, you will ensure that lease agreements are adhered to by both property owners and tenants. You will also be responsible for managing adjustments based on ordered local adaptations in our leased premises and collaborate with customer managers in negotiating new and existing lease agreements for leased premises. The role involves many points of contact, and you will function in a coordinating role towards external property owners and our tenants in our leased premises.

In your role, you will: 

• Manage ongoing contract issues and local adaptation matters
• Lead and conduct collaboration meetings with tenants and external property owners
• Participate in lease negotiations with external property owners

Here you will have the opportunity and space to be innovative and think outside the box within the framework of our mission and goals. You will be part of a driven and competent unit with property managers, customer and contract managers, and project managers for leasing. The team consists of 14 colleagues, and you will also collaborate extensively with other colleagues at Lejonfastigheter.

What do you bring to us?

For the position of contract manager, you should have several years of experience in similar work involving managing relationships and contracts. Experience in handling contract issues within the property sector is advantageous. We prefer that you have post-secondary education focused on property law and contract law, or relevant work experience in the field.

To thrive in the role, we believe you are used to working closely with customers and have an easy time creating and nurturing relationships. In your work role, you are business-minded, have good collaboration skills, and enjoy taking responsibility. You have a professional demeanor, which is evident through your attentiveness to tenants' needs, your clarity when referring to agreements and processes, and your drive to find solutions to various issues.

In your work, you are structured, quality-conscious, and have good coordination skills. You are meticulous and find details important while also having the ability to see the bigger picture. The role of contract manager involves many points of contact and varied tasks, so it is important that you are flexible, have the ability to juggle multiple tasks, and possess strong communication skills. Like your colleagues, you strive to develop the group you work in and contribute to development, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.

A valid driver's license (B) is required as travel within Linköping Municipality is part of the job. Since we at Lejonfastigheter apply a modern, digital working method, you need to be comfortable working in various systems. The position also requires a very good ability to express yourself both verbally and in writing in Swedish, as it involves handling complex legal issues.
